A Phoenix man arrested after a fatal freeway rollover allegedly had a blood-alcohol level nearly four times the legal limit for Arizona drivers.
Court documents released Friday show 34-year-old Edwin Hurt’s level was .317 percent when he rolled a luxury car Sunday night on Interstate 10 in Tolleson. Arizona’s legal limit for operating a vehicle is .08 percent.
