Billy Joel is returning to Phoenix for his first solo headlining concert in eight years, playing US Airways Center on Sunday, June 1, in a show co-presented by Danny Zelisko Presents and Live Nation.
Joel has sold out US Airways Center all five times he’s done a concert there — in 1993, 1999, 2001, 2006 and 2009 (in a show co-headlined by Elton John). In honor of those past accomplishments, he’s being honored as a US Airways Center Entertainment Legend, the first performer to receive this honor.
